Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager for full-time, fully remote work in the United States. You will oversee end-to-end creative initiatives, from concept to print production, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining clear status dashboards for multiple concurrent projects.

You will collaborate with Account, Creative, and Production teams, flag risks early, and manage resourcing to keep timelines aligned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Own the master workback schedules and dashboards, pulling dates from briefs, RFIs, and contracts.
• Coordinate design timelines with design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate, centralized trackers and update statuses weekly.
• Communicate project health through regular status reports to Creative and Account teams.
• Identify risks early and flag blockers to keep work on schedule.
• Support resourcing by monitoring bandwidth and coordinating with managers.
• Track scope and hours against plan and alert on potential overages.
