Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks an Associate Producer to support live events and brand activations from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap. You will work with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations to keep projects on track and within budget.

You’ll track timelines, maintain schedules, and help develop templates and processes for scalable teams. Some travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event production or related field.
• Strong organization skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with thorough follow-through.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support live events from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and action items across all phases.
• Maintain production schedules, milestone trackers, and run-of-show documents.
• Assist with budgeting: estimates, invoices, expenses, POs, vendor docs.
• Source vendors, bids, contracts, and manage basic vendor logistics.
• Coordinate internal teams and attend client/internal meetings; capture notes.
• Manage freelance staff lists and production templates to ensure consistency.
• Assist with production schedules, timelines, run-of-show docs, checklists, and plans.
• Flag risks early to Lead Producers and help address issues.
