Job summary

Manifold is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end creative initiatives, from concept through print production and install. You will own workback schedules, trackers, and status reports to keep teams aligned, flag risks early, and ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires strong collaboration with Account, Creative, and Operations teams. You will drive timely communication, maintain dashboards as the single source of truth, and help allocate resources to meet project goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong ability to maintain detailed records across multiple projects.
• Proactive in flagging risks and blockers early.

Responsibilities

• Own master workback schedules across internal and client work.
• Coordinate design deadlines and deliverables with design counterparts.
• Maintain accurate timelines across changing scopes.
• Manage centralized tracker and dashboard as single source of truth.
• Communicate status through weekly updates and status meetings.
• Keep Creative Director and Creative Services Manager informed on health.
• Prioritize design requests by timeline and urgency.
• Collaborate with Account and Production on deliverable progress.
• Partner with Producers and Creative to plan ahead and flag blockers.
• Assist with resourcing by monitoring team bandwidth.
• Track scope and hours against plan and flag potential overages.
