Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in digital or integrated agency environments.
• 2+ years writing scopes of work and contracts.
• Experience with project estimation and managing multiple projects & client relationships.
• Proficient with Workfront and budgeting/profitability tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from discovery through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Serve as the client’s day-to-day source of truth across project plans, briefs, reviews, and next steps.
• Coordinate creative teams and external vendors across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Monitor project health, scope, profitability, and risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Support SOWs, change orders, client relationships, and account growth opportunities.
