Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Project Manager to run day-to-day operations for top-priority accounts, coordinating across Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. You’ll draft briefs, optimize ad copy with AI workflows, and ensure campaigns move smoothly from concept to delivery.

You’ll also handle the operational backbone: tracking deliverables, coordinating across creative, strategy, and performance teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role.
• Proven ability to write clearly and manage multiple streams of work.
• Experience using AI tools in workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Write creative briefs for senior review and refine ad copy using AI workflows.
• Conduct competitor research and brand deep-dives to inform campaigns.
• QA creative assets against briefs and brand guidelines; select best clips for editors.
