Qualifications

• 4–7 years in creative production or related field.
• Experience with print production and prepress processes.
• Vendor and production management from quotes to delivery.
• Strong timeline and documentation discipline.
• Experience coordinating freelance talent and contractors.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end creative production for multiple programs.
• Build centralized asset management and client identity libraries.
• Establish deadlines, approvals, and weekly reviews with leadership.
• Coordinate vendor templates, dielines, and spec sheets.
• Manage vendor relationships, quotes, schedules, and deliveries.
• Source and manage freelance professionals and contractors.
• Communicate risks and decisions across teams.
• Provide onsite support for installations and events as needed.
• Drive process improvements to reduce revisions and reprints.
