Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management within a creative/marketing environment.
• Proven track record managing multiple creative projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the day-to-day creative workflow in Monday.com.
• Maintain accurate project statuses, owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Lead intake procedures and monitor capacity to prevent bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates.
