Job summary

Spiro is hiring a Creative Operations Senior Manager to join our global Agency Operations team in a remote US capacity. You will partner with the Creative group and interface with Sales and Client Service to deliver best-in-class creative work, manage resourcing in Monday.com, and optimize workflows for on-time, on-budget delivery.

You’ll lead talent management, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, championing scalable processes, KPI tracking, and cost-effectiveness while

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in a Creative Traffic, Operational or similar role.
• 3+ years' experience working with senior leadership in an agency.
• Strong understanding of Creative workflows (ideation, design and digital).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience managing medium volume of agency project work.
• Travel as required (less than 5 times annually).

Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation and utilization across the Creative and Design team in Monday.com.
• Collaborate with the Creative Leadership Team to strategize allocation by client and project.
• Coordinate with Creative and Sales to manage timelines and scope changes.
• Monitor resource capacity, timelines and adjust allocations as needed.
• Update Monday.com boards and project calendars with changes.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders on resource and delivery status.
• Share Creative KPIs with Sales and Client teams.
• Review freelancer contracts based on performance and project demands.
• Monitor freelancer relationships to optimize quality and cost.
