You will manage Asana-based workflows, monitor milestones, and mitigate risks while embracing generative AI to streamline documentation and admin tasks. This is a full-time remote role with enterprise-level impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-channel creative pipelines.
• Experience with Asana to build project frameworks and report progress.
• Experience using generative AI tools to streamline project documentation and tasks.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative delivery by vetting incoming briefs for production readiness, establishing clear timelines, and steering projects from kickoff to final handoff.
• Orchestrate team capacity and resource allocation across campaigns, balancing workloads while meeting enterprise deadlines.
• Maintain real-time workflow visibility in Asana as the single source of truth for milestones and decisions.
• Mitigate production risks by identifying bottlenecks and communicating solutions before commitments are affected.
• Modernize daily operations through generative AI tools and automations to reduce manual work.
