Eleos Health, Inc. seeks a Creative Manager to lead design assets across marketing, shaping visual brand and scalable production workflows. This AI-native role uses Claude and related tools to accelerate output.

You will own end-to-end design for assets, manage freelancers and agencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brand quality at scale. Fully remote position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative production, brand or design leadership in a high growth B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environment.
• Strong portfolio across print, digital, video and long-form content.
• Experience evolving a visual brand system and managing a production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of marketing and brand assets across formats.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual deliverables and maintain brand consistency.
• Own design system guidelines, templates, and production processes.
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Build agentic workflows using Claude and AI tools for faster templates and variations.
• Track status and resource needs across the creative pipeline.
