Job summary

Designity, a remote AI-enabled Creative-as-a-Service platform, seeks an AI-Enabled Creative Director to turn complex business challenges into compelling ideas while integrating AI into creative work. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape creative direction, and sell ideas to clients, owning the full creative lifecycle from brief to delivery.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years of relevant creative experience, including leadership and hands-on AI experience.
• Outstanding portfolio with AI-enabled samples showing strategic thinking and high-quality execution.
• Experience developing AI-powered creative workflows using tools like Higgsfield, Weavy, or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision across clients and disciplines, translating business objectives into concepts, campaigns, and identities.
• Sell and champion ideas, building client and team buy-in while protecting quality and strategy.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to streamline asset creation, refinement, and production, reducing repetitive work.
