Job summary

SitusAMC in Harmonville, PA is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to manage a portfolio of structured commercial real estate loans. You will monitor property-level cash flows, rent rolls, market conditions, and valuations, while maintaining strong client relations.

Responsibilities include daily loan administration, processing borrower requests, preparing quarterly asset reports, and communicating with sponsors. Proficiency in CRE concepts and financial modeling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level or external equivalent
• Proficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily)
• Proficient with CRE calculations and concepts: IRR, NPV, DSCR, NOI/NCF
• Ability to create complex financial models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of assigned loans, including communication with Borrowers and Lenders/Investors
• Processing of borrower requests and consents
• Analyze property financials and report performance to Lenders/Investors quarterly via QAR
• Correspond with Sponsors/Borrowers on property-level concerns
• Prepare and submit weekly loan portfolio updates
• Monitor loan specific events and triggers
• Additional duties as assigned by manager
