Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases. You will lead site readiness, initiate visits, and monitor for quality and compliance while collaborating with Sponsor teams.

You should have at least 2 years of site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, a science-related degree, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP. Ability to travel up to 75% combined with excellent documentation and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree in science/biology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager through all study phases.
• Perform site monitoring and management in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, local regulations and protocol.
• Maintain and organize regulatory documents in CTMS/eTMF; ensure timely visit reports.
• Coordinate site readiness, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Identify and resolve site performance, quality, or compliance issues; escalate as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~65–75% of time; driver’s license required.
