Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. You will ensure site readiness and compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, and local regulations while coordinating monitoring visits and regulatory documentation.

The role requires 2+ years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, a science-oriented degree, and the ability to travel extensively (65–75%).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, and local regulations.
• Coordinate site monitoring visits and manage regulatory documentation.
• Monitor data quality, patient safety, and trial conduct at sites.
• Support site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
