Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all study phases. You will establish and maintain site relationships, perform monitoring visits (remote and on-site), and ensure adherence to protocol, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You will collect regulatory documents, communicate with investigators, and support site audits and inspections. Travel may be required to sites domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Coordinates and manages tasks to achieve Site Ready and ensures site performance.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data is complete, accurate, and unbiased.
• Ensures subjects' safety and rights are protected and reports issues per escalation path.
• Maintains documentation in the CTMS and eTMF systems and supports audits/inspections.
