Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical trial. You will develop strong site relationships, perform remote and on-site monitoring, and ensure regulatory documentation is complete and compliant.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is expected, with ~65–75% travel. Experience in bio/pharma/CRO environments and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity across trial phases.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintains regulatory documentation in study startup, maintenance and close-out.
