Job summary

Datavant is hiring a CPC Processor I for remote Customer Support in Tennessee. You will handle calls, emails, and written inquiries with HIPAA-compliant care, document interactions, and coordinate resolutions while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-line phone system is required.
• Computer proficiency in MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.
• Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care or Insurance Claims processing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Answering release of information related telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
• Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries received via telephone, email or written correspondence.
• Document all calls, inquiries and resolution in detail in software systems.
• Meet productivity and quality assurance expectations and maintain confidentiality.
