Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail‑oriented Records Processor to handle patient health information requests in a remote, HIPAA‑compliant environment. You will manage document workflows, protect confidential data, and coordinate with facilities to ensure accurate records delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry and communication skills, and comfort with standard office equipment. Training is provided and benefits include PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Comfortable with phones, fax, printers, and other office equipment.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
• Maintain knowledge of facility software and Company policies.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies; inform manager of workload and volume changes.
• Assist with additional duties as needed and meet productivity targets.
