Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented records processor at our Warner Robins, GA site to handle patient health information requests and maintain HIPAA compliance. You will interact with patients, insurers and attorneys, document in electronic health records, and ensure accurate, timely responses while upholding privacy policies.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong data entry skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail and quality oriented for medical records.
• Strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
• Respond to requests for patient records and retrieve/transmit.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls.
• May assist with patient walk-ins and administrative duties.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy compliance in day-to-day tasks.
