Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the Support Center. You will handle new order intake, verify insurance, and serve as the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, and employees.

The role supports multiple HME products and requires accurate data entry and patient advocacy. Mon-Fri 8am–5pm, with pay starting at $15.25 hourly plus quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment or billing preferred.
• Ability to handle patient intake and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Handle new order intake with accuracy for clinical, billing and care data.
• Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks.
• Provide patient and referral source support as first contact.
• Coordinate with Billing Department for documentation.
• Maintain privacy and ensure data accuracy in systems.
