Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Murray, KY, seeks a Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative for our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center. You will handle CPAP resupply orders, verify demographics, and assist with basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance. First line contact for CPAP resupply customers.

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with a monthly bonus opportunity. Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm, with potential to work from home after in-office training and meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns.
• Enter patient data accurately into the intake system.
• Verify product and service details for each order.
