Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking a Course Operations Specialist to own course setup, access code distribution, and reseller coordination. You’ll ensure Salesforce opportunities are correctly set up and partners receive precise access instructions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to reduce friction and improve accuracy as we scale course fulfillment across terms. Remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Sales Operations, Fulfillment or similar detail-oriented work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day course setup in Salesforce, ensuring client profiles reflect complex pricing structures.
• Serve as point of contact for bookstores and resellers, managing workflows and inquiries.
• Set up and maintain access across third-party reseller sites for inventory distribution.
• Coordinate inventory changes and communicate updates to external partners ahead of semesters.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success and partners to improve workflows and reduce friction.
