Job summary

20four7VA is seeking an offshore independent contractor to manage and organize online courses in Circle.so, uploading materials, and ensuring a smooth member experience. You will work with client-provided content and help scale operations while staying aligned with timelines.

Role supports a licensed mental health therapist marketing her online education platform, with growth into marketing and operations as the business expands. Remote, contract-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience building or managing courses in Circle.so is required.
• Experience with major course platforms (Kajabi/Thinkific/Teachable/Mighty Networks) is a plus.
• Experience uploading and organizing digital learning content.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience embedding media and creating presentation decks.
• Squarespace experience is preferred.
• ConvertKit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and organize online courses within Circle.so.
• Create modules, lessons, and learning paths from client content.
• Upload and format worksheets, PDFs, videos, and slides.
• Configure course access, navigation, and permissions.
• Maintain a clean, user-friendly learning experience.
• Create professional slide decks from client materials.
