MasteryPrep LLC is seeking a highly organized Instructional Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day engine of our Instructional team. You will manage reports, onboarding, payroll, travel, and data integrity, acting as the backbone that keeps instructors and events running smoothly.

This remote, US-based position emphasizes process improvement and leveraging AI tools to accelerate reporting and workflows, ensuring timely communications and high data quality.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel) with formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to follow documented processes and manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional written communication.
• Comfort learning across multiple software platforms.
• Remote work readiness and self-direction in a U.S.-based role.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail/Sheets/Calendar).
• US-based applicants authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Pull, format, and distribute recurring evaluation and event reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Maintain data trackers, autopull spreadsheets, and dashboards for accuracy and consistency.
• Clean up and organize evaluation data and prepare it for review by team leaders.
• Enter paper and digital evaluations and keep records up to date.
