Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is hiring a Cost Optimization Project Manager for a remote role. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

You will lead cost savings initiatives across procurement and manufacturing, partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to translate priorities into projects, and deliver executive-level updates with clear progress, risks and financial outcomes. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5–10 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing preferred

• Translate strategic priorities into executable projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Own upward reporting and provide leadership with progress, risks, and financial outcomes.
• Execute governance and deliver projects with executive-level communication.
