Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a fully remote contract-to-perm opportunity with potential conversion based on performance. Pay is $19/hr with equipment provided. You will support purchasing managers, client requestors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of indirect materials.

The role emphasizes top-notch client experience, PO coordination, and proactive communication. Prior Logistics/PO experience and strong MS Excel skills are desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Logistics and PO experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and multitasking ability.
• Proficient with MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP or PeopleSoft).
• AP/AR experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm dispatched purchase orders with suppliers.
• Proactively communicate PO date/status changes with client requestor.
• Track and trace POs from confirmation to delivery.
• Create and maintain daily client open PO files.
• Route questions to appropriate team members.
• Frequent contact with suppliers by phone or email.
• Respond to shipment requests in a timely manner.
