Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity supporting the largest public energy provider in the United States. In this role, you will work independently to drive cost engineering, scheduling, trend analysis, and performance tracking across high-visibility capital energy projects. You will interface cross-functionally with plant operations, engineering, finance, and external contractors to ensure project milestones, budgets, and reporting standards are consistently met.

Location: Chattanooga, TN (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: Up to $60.00 / hour (W2)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Proposed: 10/26/2026 – 10/22/2027)

If selected, candidate may be required to complete the TVA PCS progression plan (or a portion of). Certification by Project Management Institute or AACE is desired. Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted plant access and medical qualifications when applicable. If applicable, must be able and willing to assume “on call” rotational assignments which may include 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week availability depending on demands. When necessary, must be willing and medically able to work rotating shifts and maximum overtime permitted by procedures during peak periods. Likewise, must be able and willing to travel to plant/field locations as required when performing assigned tasks and, as necessary, to be temporarily assigned to a field location.
