Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC’s Corrugated Packaging division is hiring a Service Representative to support our Northeast region. This is a home-based position with up to 60% field time, serving strategic national accounts in coordination with our National Accounts Team to ensure GP remains the preferred supplier.

You will build relationships, identify packaging solutions, and collaborate with multiple GP teams to deliver quality products and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Corrugated industry experience OR 2+ years outside sales/B2B experience OR a related bachelor’s degree.
• Willing to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
• Home-based position with field time up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with strategic national accounts delivering quality products, service and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimize packaging needs and reduce waste at GP plants.
• Collaborate with GP teams including customer service, quality, design, production, accounting, and shipping.
• Maintain visibility and communication with national account customers.
• Visit customers to review quality initiatives and act on feedback.
• Assist in item trials with customers and reconcile credits at month-end.
• Visit GP facilities as needed for team meetings and sample collection.
• Foster long-term partnerships beyond day-to-day interactions.
• Support GP quality team on customer visits to ensure quality compliance.
• Demonstrate technical skills daily using Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Log activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
