You will advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, research options, and book domestic and international trips across air, rail, and hotels. Use Sabre GDS and ensure policy compliance, while providing proactive customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience.
• Native GDS expertise with Sabre.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and data privacy awareness.
• Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel for air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use Sabre GDS and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide proactive customer service and handle special requests.
• Collaborate to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.
