Job summary

Radiology Partners, a leading radiology practice in the U.S., is seeking a finance professional to perform and review complex analyses to support client optimization, negotiations, and strategic planning initiatives. This remote role supports contracting, coverage compensation structures, and business development efforts through financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally from a top-tier institution.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, development, or strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with extensive experience working with complex, raw data sets.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review complex financial analyses to support client optimization, negotiations, and strategic planning initiatives
• Support client contracting, coverage compensation structures, and business development efforts through financial modeling and analytics
• Develop, optimize, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting to monitor client economics and performance
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations and analyses to senior leaders across operations, finance, and corporate development
