Job summary

Radiology Partners Inc. is seeking a finance-focused professional to perform and review complex analyses, support contracting and business development, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on client economics.

This role emphasizes strong Excel skills and senior-level communication across finance and operations. The position supports remote work with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and presentations to executives, while collaborating with Corporate Development and Finance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally from a top-tier institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance, development, or strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with extensive experience working with complex, raw data sets.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and review complex financial analyses to support client optimization, negotiations, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Support client contracting, coverage compensation structures, and business development efforts through financial modeling and analytics.

POSITION SUMMARY:

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $86,900–$105,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
