Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
- Knowledge of contracts, legal and financial concepts to support business and equity initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial analyses to support equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Build detailed financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate performance and opportunities.
- Prepare analyses, memoranda, and presentations for management, senior leadership and equity holders.
- Maintain equity records, support equity administration, and review financial statements and schedules.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders.
