Job summary

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S. seeking a data-driven analyst to identify contracting opportunities and build models that inform in-network agreements and reimbursement strategies.

The role involves designing SQL queries, analyzing large datasets, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will support No Surprises Act initiatives, streamline recurring analyses, and contribute to strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, revenue cycle, healthcare, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to extract, transform, analyze, and interpret data using SQL (2+ years required).
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking with ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize potential contracting opportunities based on reimbursement, volume, market dynamics, strategic value, financial impact, and other factors.
• Develop and maintain negotiation models used to evaluate potential in-network agreements, reimbursement scenarios, and target-rate recommendations.
• Build repeatable excel models, tools, and templates to support business decisions.
• Design SQL queries and manipulate large volumes of data to identify and interpret reimbursement and revenue trends.
• Synthesize quantitative findings and business considerations into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support No Surprises Act and other initiatives through ad hoc analysis and strategic problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring analyses, reporting, and operational workflows.
