Job summary

MJH Life Sciences seeks a Corporate Relations Manager to support client renewals, deliverable tracking, exhibit logistics, and event execution. This fully remote role requires self-management across multiple priorities and strong written and verbal communication with corporate members and exhibitors.

You’ll use AI tools to streamline correspondence, draft applications, and track deliverables. Travel up to 25% for events is expected; Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in association management, customer service, or project management, with a track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or productivity platforms to draft correspondence, summarize account activity, organize deliverable tracking, and work through high-volume administrative tasks more efficiently — and you can speak to the impact
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions — you are professional, responsive, and clear in every client touchpoint
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently without losing accuracy or momentum
• Customer service-oriented and proactive — you follow through on commitments and resolve issues before they escal ate
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team and across external client stakeholders
• Comfortable with travel up to 25% of the time for events and corporate meetings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or Asana preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client-specific fundraising strategies designed to meet revenue goals
• Use AI tools to draft correspondence, prepare application materials, summarize client deliverable status, and streamline documentation workflows
• Prepare and distribute application forms, letters of request, and supporting correspondence for corporate members and exhibitors
• Assist with corporate member renewals and maintain accurate deliverable tracking across assigned accounts
• Submit corporate member grant requests through sponsor portals accurately and on time
• Migrate annual letters of request, applications, and account information to client state websites for corporate members and exhibitors
• Serve as a primary point of contact for exhibitors, corporate members, and interested companies for assigned states
• Assist with developing and distributing logistical information for assigned client meetings, and provide on-site support at client events
• Collaborate with client teams to protect benefit deliverables and identify creative engagement opportunities
• Maintain and update all relevant forms and applications annually, ensuring accuracy and currency across all materials
