The position is fully remote with up to 25% travel for events and meetings. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in association management or related fields are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in association management, customer service, or project management.
• AI-native mindset and ability to use tools to draft communications and track deliverables.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Customer-service-oriented with proactive issue resolution.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client-specific fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Use AI tools to draft correspondence and summarize client deliverable status.
• Prepare and distribute forms and letters for corporate members and exhibitors.
• Assist with corporate member renewals and deliverable tracking.
• Support grant submissions through sponsor portals.
• Coordinate migration of materials to client state websites for members/exhibitors.
• Serve as primary contact for exhibitors and members with inquiries and follow-through.
• Assist with meetings logistics and provide on-site event support.
• Collaborate to protect deliverables and identify engagement opportunities.
• Maintain forms and applications for accuracy.
