MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to support assigned clients across corporate membership renewals, deliverable tracking, exhibit and sponsorship logistics, and client event execution. This is a hands-on, remote role with up to 25% travel, serving as a dependable contact for corporate members, exhibitors, and client teams.

You will leverage AI tools to enhance correspondence and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in association management, customer service, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• AI-native mindset with ability to use AI tools for efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client-specific fundraising strategies.
• Draft correspondence and summarize account activity using AI tools.
• Prepare and distribute application forms and letters of request.
• Assist with member renewals and deliverable tracking.
• Submit grant requests through sponsor portals.
• Provide on-site support at client events and meetings.
