• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Administer employee benefits programs including health, vision, dental, FSA/HSA, life, and retirement benefits.
• Use AI tools to draft benefits communications, wellness content, and intranet updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for benefits inquiries and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate wellness activities and programs with logistical oversight.
• Analyze wellness program data and provide insights for future programming.
