Job summary

Horizon Roofing is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Recruiter to build our recruiting strategy across the company. You’ll own recruiting efforts from sourcing to hiring, develop pipelines, and partner with leaders to fill a range of roles from skilled trades to management.

You’ll enjoy ownership, direct impact on growth, and the chance to shape how we recruit. This is a hands-on role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Ability to source and approach passive candidates.
• Comfort speaking with people at all levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple open positions.
• Willing to build new processes and try new recruiting strategies.
• Motivated by measurable results.

• Develop and manage candidate pipelines.

• Track recruiting metrics and optimize sources.
