Job summary

Vertex Service Partners is seeking a Recruiting Associate to support full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of roofing and home improvement brands. The role is ideal for 1–2 years of recruiting experience and offers growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition team to hire across sales, contact center, support staff, and production, with increasing ownership over time. The position is based in a hybrid setting (3 days in office) in Marietta, GA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience hiring for sales or high-volume roles.
• Proven sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to both entry-level candidates and senior operators.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
• Comfort working independently in a hybrid environment while staying connected to a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including Outside Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Call Center Representatives, Production, and Administrative.
• Partner closely with regional leaders and local leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive proactive recruiting plans
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, local networks, community events, and employee referrals
• Conduct screens and initial interviews to assess candidate quality and fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate flow through the hiring process
• Provide regular updates and insights to both local and corporate stakeholders
• Champion a positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up
• Support employer branding efforts through social media, local events, and internal referrals
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and process
