Job summary

Allied Roofing Partners (ARP) is expanding its talent team and seeks a Corporate Recruiter with residential roofing recruiting experience. This remote, full-time role focuses on Roofing Sales Representatives and supports hiring across Accounting, Administration, Production, Call Center, and Management.

You will partner with leadership to define requirements, craft compelling postings, build strong candidate pipelines, and independently manage multiple requisitions across U.S. time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Direct residential roofing recruiting experience including Roofing Sales Representatives.
• Strong understanding of roofing sales, operations, and candidate qualifications.
• Ability to recruit across Sales, Accounting, Administration, Production, CS, and Management.
• Independently develop job descriptions and recruiting advertisements.
• Experience with middle management and executive leadership.
• Strong sourcing using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Flexibility to support recruiting across all U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to interviews and offer coordination.
• Primary recruiting for Roofing Sales Representatives while supporting Accounting, Administration, Production, Call Center, and Leadership roles.
• Build pipelines via boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach; present qualified candidates with summaries.
• Partner with managers and executives to determine needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Create professional job postings from scratch and manage postings on major platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and coordinate interview schedules.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
