Vertex Service Partners is seeking a Recruiting Associate to support recruiting across roofing and home improvement brands within a fast-growing network. This role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, relationship-building with leaders, and proactive talent planning from its Mill Creek base.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in recruiting, sourcing capability, and comfort working in a hybrid setting. Experience in roofing or trades is a plus; location supports multiple Western partners nationwide.

Competenze

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for sales or high-volume roles preferred
• Proven sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you're comfortable talking to both entry-level candidates and senior operators
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus)
• Comfort working independently in a hybrid environment while staying connected to a remote team
• Bonus: Experience in roofing, home services, or trades-based industries

Mansioni

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including Outside Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Call Center Representatives, Production, and Administrative.
• Partner closely with regional leaders and local leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive proactive recruiting plans
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, local networks, community events, and employee referrals
• Conduct screens and initial interviews to assess candidate quality and fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate flow through the hiring process
• Provide regular updates and insights to both local and corporate stakeholders
• Champion a positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up
• Support employer branding efforts through social media, local events, and internal referrals
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and process
