Job summary

Southern National Roofing in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own hiring for in-home sales reps across markets. You will source, screen and interview candidates, drive the pipeline, and ensure every hire is set up for success from day one.

You’ll partner with recruiting and sales leadership and receive mentorship from seasoned leaders. The role requires 1–2 years of recruiting or sales experience, a strong phone presence, and the ability to work full-time in our Charlotte office.

• Comfortable on the phone all day and great at building quick rapport.
• Strong organization, writing and follow-up.
• You like a scoreboard and want to be measured on results.
• Coachable and hungry to grow.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage sales candidates through job boards, outreach, referrals and our applicant pipeline.
• Screen and interview candidates, and move strong ones through the process fast.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand what each market needs.
• Hit weekly activity and hiring targets: calls, interviews scheduled, interviews held, offers and starts.
• Keep every candidate informed and engaged from first call to first day.
• Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and current.
• Manage multiple openings and shifting priorities without dropping details.

The Role

As a Sales Recruiter, you'll own a big piece of how we hire in-home sales reps across our markets. You'll source, screen and interview candidates, keep the pipeline moving, and make sure every hire is set up to succeed from day one. You'll work side by side with recruiting and sales leadership and get direct coaching from people who've built sales teams from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Base salary of $65,000 to $75,000
• Performance bonus of up to 30% of base
