Job summary

PerformYard, a growing B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner with the VP of People Operations and executives to identify, source, recruit, and close the best candidates for every opportunity at PerformYard. This is a 100% remote role with significant opportunities to impact growth and talent strategy.

In this position you will drive sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes across all departments, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and proven success in Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years in high-volume recruiting, preferably B2B SaaS.
• 1+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruitment with hiring managers.
• Lead weekly strategy meetings with senior recruiters and leaders.
• Define knowledge, skills, and abilities for ideal candidates.
• Guide candidates through intake, assessment, offer, and onboarding.
• Collaborate on job descriptions, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Attract talent using recruiting tools, job boards, networking, and branding.
• Manage scheduling, interviews, and a streamlined hiring process.
• Track activities in ATS and provide candidate experience.
• Recruit across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing.
