Job summary

PerformYard is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our 100% remote team. You will partner with the VP of People Operations to source, recruit, and close top talent across multiple departments in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, participate in strategy sessions, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through streamlined processes and strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition in high-volume environments.
• 1+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruitment for the company across all business areas.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with Sr. Corporate Recruiters and leadership.
• Identify knowledge, skills, and abilities for ideal candidates and conduct accountability meetings.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through intake, assessment, offer, acceptance, and pre-onboarding stages.
• Advise on job descriptions, requisition creation, and compensation strategies.
