Job summary

PerformYard is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner with the VP of People Operations and the executive team to identify, source, recruit, and close top talent across all functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding, well-established organization in a 100% remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• 2+ years in recruiting/coordinator roles in high-volume environments (B2B SaaS preferred).
• 1+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruitment across the company with hiring managers.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with senior recruiters, VP, and leaders.
• Identify knowledge, skills, and abilities for ideal candidates and conduct accountability meetings.
• Guide candidates and managers through intake, assessment, offer, and onboarding stages.
