Job summary

Save The Bay in Oakland, CA is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead day-to-day execution of corporate partnerships, grants, and the volunteer program. This outward-facing role requires organization, communication, and passion for environmental work.

You will implement the corporate giving strategy, collaborate with Communications and Habitat Restoration teams, and grow donor and volunteer networks. This mid-level position reports to the Director of Foundation & Corporate Relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in nonprofit development or corporate relations.
• Strong written communication; grant writing experience preferred.
• Outward-facing, organized, and deadline-driven.
• Collaborative, cross‑departmental work experience.
• Experience growing corporate matching gifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of corporate funders and reports.
• Research and identify new corporate grant opportunities.
• Write grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and funder reports.
• Identify and execute cause marketing and co-branded partnerships.
• Coordinate corporate volunteer program with Habitat Restoration team.
• Lead corporate volunteer event logistics using Asana.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate volunteer contacts.
• Attend and support volunteer events as needed.
