Job summary

The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Relations and Grants to advance grants, sponsorships, and enterprise strategies. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Philanthropy and collaborates closely with program staff and partner agencies to sustain critical funding for park initiatives.

You will lead a Grants Assistant, manage proposals and reports, and build long-term relationships with foundations, corporations, and government funders to help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with fundraising for environmental nonprofits is desirable.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit foundation and government grant solicitations, budgets, and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with current foundation and government donors.
• Oversee grant records and reporting in Raiser's Edge.
• Lead corporate fundraising strategies and sponsor recognition.
• Supervise the Grants Assistant and coordinate with program staff.
• Meet annual revenue goals and coordinate with partners.
