Job summary

Core Scientific is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the Chief Legal Officer and legal team in governance, entity management, and transactional matters. The role involves recordkeeping, filings, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will work closely with attorneys, executives, and teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely filings, and efficient governance processes across multiple jurisdictions from our Miami office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years corporate/paralegal experience in-house preferred.
• Experience with contract management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent judgment and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support entity management lifecycle: formations, registrations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions.
• Manage annual reports, foreign qualifications, licenses, tax registrations.
• Maintain centralized entity records: officers, directors, ownership, agents.
