Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree and completion of an accredited paralegal program.
• High school diploma with 3+ years of legal support experience acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent organization, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with legal databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform paralegal, technical and administrative functions under attorney supervision.
• Prepare entity filings, contracts, leases, and other documents from templates.
• Maintain and organize legal files and databases; support contract and real estate teams.
• Draft and review correspondence; manage document logistics and approvals.
• Ensure privilege and attorney-work-product protections are maintained.
