Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior paralegal experience in corporate or in-house setting.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Certified Paralegal (CP) certification preferred or obtained within six months of hire.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Valid driver’s license; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide paralegal and administrative support to the Legal Department, including drafting correspondence and documents and maintaining calendars.
  • Organize and maintain legal, compliance, insurance, and other documents using electronic/paper filing systems and contract logs.
  • Assist with contract administration by reviewing and preparing contracts, MOUs, amendments, and related documents.
  • Monitor deadlines, renewals, and requirements for contracts and regulatory filings; communicate timelines.
  • Support vendor/procurement activities and prepare RFPs and related documents.
